Mr. White came to us with a levy against his wages set to take $500 the Friday before Christmas. He also had a levy on his bank account freezing roughly $5,500. He owes the IRS $10,000. Another caveat is the IRS only has until June of next year to collect on his tax liability. We were able to not only get the levies fully released, we were also able to get a 60 day collection hold in order to provide an alternate resolution. Mr. White was thrilled when we told him the news.
